Can I exchange an item for a different style, size or color?
Please log into the “My Account” page by clicking on the top right on desktop or the navigation bar on the top left side. Once you log into your dashboard you will find a section for returns. You can automatically submit a request and we will approve the return or exchange based on your request. You should hear from us within 24 hours. Thank you.

I live near the Students' HQ. Can I come by to pick up / drop off my order?
Do we charge in different currencies?
Should I include my phone number when ordering?
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.
